We will make your return as smooth as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your guisestore.com purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.  To facilitate the return process simply follow the guidelines below:

1. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.

2. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.

3. Packing slips are required for all returns.

4. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please contact us by phone: 773-929-6130 or email: customerservice@guisestore.com - Monday to Friday (except holidays) 10AM - 6PM EST. We will give you a Return Authorization number (RA#) that you would fill on the return form and on the packing label that we have provided for you.

5. Indicate on the back of your invoice from the reason of your return so we can serve you better in the future.

6. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

7. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

8. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

9. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

10. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending it back to us.

11. Underwear, jewelry, beauty/apothecary products, music, videos, and books are Final Sale.
